Pay with any credit card. Your card is charged at checkout and you’ll receive login information to download episodes within 24 hours.
If unable to pay via credit card, please contact us to make other arrangements.
Should I pay monthly or annually?
The best value is to pay annually. Annual subscriptions are discounted significantly. It's like getting two months free. But it's up to you. If you want to start with a monthly subscription and convert to annual payments later, it's easy to do so inside your account.
When are we charged?
Your card will be charged monthly on the anniversary date of your initial purchase. If you start on the 13th, you’ll be charged each month on the 13th for the upcoming month.
If you are an annual subscriber (two months free!), your card will be charged for the upcoming 12 months.
What if there’s a problem with the card?
If your card does not go through, you will receive an email notice to update payment information. We try to charge the card three times. At that point, service will be suspended until charges are paid.
My company won’t let us pay by credit card. What should I do?
We can make other arrangements. Contact us by email here.
I know it’s not that expensive, but we have no cash budget at all. Any options?
Most stations can pay with barter for just 1 minute per day. To arrange for barter payments for your market, contact us.
What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel anytime just by contacting us. There are no contracts. We’ll suspend the automatic payments immediately. Your account will be active through the end of the payment period. We do not offer refunds for payments already made.

You will continue receiving Tough Love for the period of time you are subscribed. However, if you cancel, the feature will be available in your market for other broadcasters, and you will no longer have the right to broadast any Tough Love episodes.
If I cancel, then later want to get back in, what happens?
No problem. You can re-subscribe at any time. However, your subscription will be at the rates charged at the time you re-subscribe, and a rate increase could happen.
When do we get Tough Love episodes?
Tough Love is delivered for the following week each Thursday.
Just log in to the site with the username and password created when setting up the account and all episodes will be waiting for you. You’ll get an email alert each week when new episodes are ready.
Can anyone at my station access the episodes?
Yes, just provide them the username and password so they can login to the account. Only one username and password is allowed per station account.
What if an episode is too outrageous or edgy for my station?
Good question. Most episodes should fit on all stations, but occasionally there may be one that doesn't feel right for you. No problem. You don't have to air it. Simply replace it with one from the archives or any of the best episodes from the past. We've found that most stations can play the same responses over and over and they don't get old.
How can I get Siri or Alexa to record a promo for me?
No problem. Just send us the script and we'll create it for you. It's a great way to localize the feature. Be creative! And send as many scripts as you want.
Why wouldn’t I just do this myself?
You could, but the service is inexpensive and the quality is consistent. We know of some stations that have tried it one their own. After a couple of weeks, they get writer’s block, the feature is not as funny and they eventually give up.
